There is always something happening to amaze the Canadians. The latest is a flock of green parakeets which swarms the neighbourhood trees each morning and evening. Flock isn't the right word because there are so many of them. They are more like a horde of parakeets. They all call and squawk at once. We hear them coming long before they arrive.
